Using a ruler on a flat surface,measure the width of your palm just below the knuckles,excluding your thumb.

Select the size in the above chart that corresponds with your measuement.

Remember: Goalkeeping gloves should fi slightly large,allowing for 1/4"-1/2" extension past your finger tips.
